Creating an Engaged Workforce
Engagement Workshop is the unique opportunity to combine market and industry insights discussion with the innovative group collaboration to explore the topic of employee engagement, to define what is important for our individual organizations and what we can do together across the ASPIRE community to address this key area over the 300 days programme challenge.
To help us look at engagement from a different angle we will be using innovative design methodology like Threat Radar and Kurt Levin’s ForceField Analysis. These are very interesting methods that you could start applying in your organization to drive creative thinking and efficient brainstorming on other topics as well.
Time | Duration | |
1. Insights session – Decrypting Engagement and fostering Enterprise Social Collaboration | 14.00 | 40 min |
2. Group Activity using Threat Radar and Kurt Levin’s Model Using the insights from the first part of the session and our own observations regarding trends on the market we will be able to define current and future threats for Engagement and Collaboration. Based on that we will build Force-field analysis – a framework to structure factors (forces) influencing the situation. We will be looking at forces that are either driving movement toward a goal (helping forces) or blocking movement toward a goal (hindering forces). Finally we will come up with a down selected list of specific action items the ASPIRE community can take as part of 300 days program. |
