Growing the Talent Pool
This workshop aims to plan what we need to do over the next 300 days to drive the development of the talent pool for our centres.
Key questions we will seek to address are:
- How do we develop the talent we have?
- How do we recruit the talent of the future?
Following a short review and discussion around the demographics of the ASPIRE group of companies, the growth experienced in the market over the last 5 years and the recruitment challenges in the market, we will explore in depth 4 key areas of potential access to talent:
- Graduates (incl. analysis from this year’s ASPIRE student survey)
- Experienced hires and other demographics within Kraków
- From other parts of Poland
- From outside of Poland
Each of the above areas will be introduced with a short presentation by our panellists, followed by more detailed discussion in four groups, whose purpose will be to collect actions that we can take over the next 300 days to develop the talent pool.
We will then review the recommendations of each group to find the top 12 action points to take forward.
