Marcelo is the HR Business Partner at Electrolux and has more than 12 years of working experience in different positions and geographies ranking from Sales, IT, Customer Services and Human Resources, and more than 10 years of management experience.

Prior to joining Electrolux, Marcelo was Head of HR & Administration at International Paper Polska, where he was as part of the team that started-up International Paper’s shared services center In Krakow, with operations In Customer Services, Finance, IT and Supply Chain.

Marcelo has a Diploma from the MDPCC in International Business and certifications in areas such as Human Resources, IT, Soft Skills, etc.

Marcelo is an active member of ASPIRE, the Association of IT & Business Process Services Companies in Poland – the industrial body representing SSC and BPO companies particularly in Krakow.
