Susan Cox is the Managing Partner and founder of CFW Financial Recruitment Specialists, a leading supplier of finance and accountancy talent to some of the worlds largest financial institutions and international companies. CFW specialise in the recruitment of finance staff for multi-national organisations in the finance and accounting shared services and outsourcing space in Poland and are a leading supplier of finance and accounting personnel in Ireland where for over a decade they have serviced the recruitment needs of a diverse client base ranging from domestic SMEs to listed PLCs and global multi-national organisations across a broad range of commercial entities and financial institutions. The establishment of CFWs operation in Krakow in 2008 fulfilled Susans’ objective to build a truly international recruitment business beyond the core operation in Ireland. Since expanding into Poland, CFW has handled a multiplicity of resourcing assignments across a broad spectrum of recruitment needs for Service Centres in Poland including executive recruitment assignments to source Service Centre Leadership Teams through high-volume recruitment projects for Transaction Processor Teams. Susan holds a degree in Business and Politics from Trinity College Dublin and a MBS from University College in Dublin.
