Joanna is the Head of Research & Consultancy Department in CBRE, managing a team of ten people, providing tailored advisory to the commercial property sectors. The team is involved in collecting and analysing data relating to office, retail and industrial markets in Warsaw and all other regional cities in Poland. The department is responsible for preparing a number of studies, analysis, reports, presentations and publications for internal clients as well as external highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, location analysis etc. for developers, investors, banks and other financing institutions involved in the commercial property market in Poland.
Joanna graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (MSc International Studies, Property Market). Joanna has over ten years of experience on real estate market. She joined CBRE in 2007 and previously she worked in JLL as Information Manager.
