Daniel Dulęba, PhD, is a founder of Daniel Dulęba Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego, law firm located in Kraków. Daniel is experienced in commercial ans civil contract law as well as in copyright law. He also counsels companies and individuals in real estate cases and he has been actively engaged in civil and commercial litigation. Previously he worked for Labe and Partners Law Firm.

Daniel holds master and PhD degree in law (Jagiellonian University). He also graduated from American Law School (The Catholic University of America and Jagiellonian University) and School of French Law (Université d’Orléans d’Orleans and Jagiellonian University).
