Karolina started her career in the fund industry in 2006 as a trustee officer working for State Street office in Dublin. In 2012 she relocated to Krakow where she has been responsible for establishing and development of investment compliance operations in Poland. She manages multiple transition projects, provides expertise and training and looks after continuous staff development. Karolina graduated with honors from the University of Economics in Poznan with a MA in Economics and from the University of Exeter, UK with MA in European Studies. Karolina is certified life & executive coach and holds Prince2 qualifications in project management.
