Marta joined HireRight in 2004. Today she is a Client Relations Manager for the account management division based in Poland office. Marta is managing a team of Account Managers in UK and Poland focusing on EMEA-based clients and also acts as the senior client relationship manager for customers across Europe. The team helps European organisations mitigate their recruitment risk by providing expert support and promoting best practices in background screening solutions. Marta’s expertise includes implementation of pre-employment screening programs to multinational organizations. Marta holds Master’s degree in Pedagogics; she also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management as well as Occupational Health and Safety Management.
