Adam is one of the Shared Service Centre leaders working in the PwC CEE Group. He has over 10 years experience in Business Transformation, specialising in Shared Services and Outsourcing across several industries. Adam has managed Shared Services implementation projects for global companies, leading engagements from a feasibility study through SSC set up, process transition and optimisation in an SSC environment in Europe, Americas, Australia and Asia.
