Adam Sroczyk is HR Account Manager for Customer Service Centre in Shell Business Service Centre in Krakow , which was set up in 2006. He has more than 14 years of working experience in HR area and more than 10 years of management experience.
Prior joining to Shell in 2008 Adam was Country Learning Manager in Tesco Polska where he was involved in building the Learning Retail strategy for a 25000 people organization. Last 5 years at Shell provided Adam with a great opportunity to contribute to the high performance standards, creating stakeholder engagement, change management and coaching others on collaboration. Apart from HR Management Post Diploma Study Adam holds ICC/ICF coach practitioner’s certificates and Blanchard Situational Leadership and Blanchard Team Effectiveness methodology.
