Agnieszka Flis has been a partner at Advisory Group TEST Human Resources for 23 years. She is a psychologist with 20 years of experience in HR consulting. For 17 years Agnieszka Flis has lectured at post-graduate and managerial courses at the Jagiellonian University, Kraków University of Economics and AGH University of Science and Technology. She initiated the establishment of Tischner European University. Co-author of Outplacement and Coaching. She wrote a number of articles published in trade press.
