Anna is currently responsible in Heineken Shared Service Center for monitoring activities and relations between SSC and numerous stakeholders to ensure proper control, ownership collaboration and issue resolution. Previously, Anna was focused on development in Purchase to Pay area from different angels- starting from accounting perspective through managerial till continuous improvement and acting as a subject matter expert in transition, all these through the past 9 years. Anna has graduated from Enterprises Finance and is a post Graduate in Psychology in Business.
