Artur Gerwel leads Modis in Poland (Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw). Artur is a graduate of Human Resource Management at Cracow University of Economics and International Relations at the Cracow School of them. A. F. Modrzewski.

He has a significant track record in sales and managing HR consulting services for largest Polish entities, both in private and public sector. He specialize in IT/SSC/BPO recruitment, IT outsourcing and remuneration system design. He has gained a lot of experience managing the teams of Consultants in top HR consulting companies. He is results and problem solving oriented, experienced in both strategic and operational aspects of large enterprise with full budget responsibility.

Artur started his professional career in 2005 in one of the best business translations services company – 3alink Translations – where he built Marketing Department from the start. After that he joined Advisory Group TEST Human Resources where he spent 5 years as a Consultant, Manager, Director and finally Managing Director.

Artur was also the leader of remuneration system reorganization project in the Supreme Audit Office.
