John Lyons is Director of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services located in Krakow. Before joining HEINEKEN he has held the Director EMEA delivery position in IBM. In the past he worked for consulting companies, such as Ernst and Young and PwC. He is a qualified chartered accountant. His career embraces over fourteen years of experience in set up, transition and delivery of finance processes for outsourced and captive clients. Now John is in charge of an extremely fast growing center that will employ 500 people.
