Jonathan has extensive experience in the management of consulting and development companies as well as leading development services, construction projects and preparing due diligence reports and monitoring various types of real estate.

Jonathan has been involved in many prestigious projects in Poland (Google, TPSA Orange, Wisniowy Business Park, Lipinski Passage, Hyatt Hotel, Silesia City Centre, Manufactura and Bonarka).

After 2 years with a consultant surveying practice in London there followed 11 years of employment with various companies within the Costain Group involving a wide variety of corporate, project and commercial management roles. During this time Costain sponsored an MSc in Construction Management.

This strong grounding was further enhanced by senior positions held with GEC-Alsthom and the British Aerospace Group with whom the first exposure to the Polish market was gained. Thereafter positions with Chelverton International, a British developer part of the Lend Lease Group, and Europtima provided an in depth knowledge of the Polish market over 10 years. In 2010 assumed a leading role in a Joint Venture company with the Libyan government to realise major government investment projects followed by a six month secondment to Qatari Diar as on site investor representative for a major mixed use development (Al Houara) in Tangier, Morocco.

At the end of 2012 joined CBRE to lead the Building Consultancy Service line in Poland.
