Karina is specializing in analysis and consultancy for commercial real estate sectors. She is a graduated architect and a licensed Valuer and for a number of years led an independent interior design practice. Karina finished the Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw Technical University and studied at the University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom) and the Ecole d’Architecture de Bretagne in Rennes (France). Between 2001 and 2004, in the framework of Warsaw’s Faculty of Architecture research programme, she led post-occupancy research in shopping centres and office buildings’ common spaces. She was setting up new and innovative tools of urban space research in the context of publicly used and privately managed commercial spaces. Working in Jones Lang LaSalle between 2004 and 2005, among others she was responsible for office market research and then she played a leading role in establishing Warsaw Office Market zones. For the next 3 years she worked in London’s office of JLL where she was responsible for research development in peripheral and emerging locations. She works in CBRE for over 4 years and is responsible for Workplace Strategy services line in Building Consultancy Department.
