I joined State Street in 2007 and I went through all career steps from fund accountant to a fund accounting manager. Currently I lead a team of +70 staff servicing complex fund structures, including hedging, pooling, ETFs. My clients are large institutional asset managers who are based in Luxembourg and Switzerland. Over the last 4 years I have been involved in setting up fund accounting operations for the two biggest wins of State Street Bank in Luxembourg. I am also responsible for standardization of processes and rationalization of resources.
