Keith graduated from Dublin City University with a degree in Applied Linguistics. He has worked as a communications consultant in Germany and Poland. In more than ten years of experience in international business environments, he has fulfilled the role of trainer and consultant in companies ranging from SME’s to multinationals. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of Select Training Solutions, specialising in training and consulting in Cultural Awareness and Interpersonal Communication. He has experience in an advisory role in expansion, in-sourcing and downsizing projects for large internationally-owned companies operating in Poland, providing support in top-down as well as bottom-up communication.
