Lalit is the Managing Director and Management board member for NGA Human Resources. He has over a decade of experience in IT Service Management, HR Consulting, Outsourcing & Technology. He has primary focus in establishing and developing Global Delivery Centres within Poland and Europe. Lalit has been in several global roles in his previous and current assignments where he led large teams and drove standardization and best practices to bring efficiency in productivity & utilization.

Lalit currently manage the DACH & Eastern European business for NGA from Operations, Delivery and P&L perspective.

Lalit has MBA in International Business and IT along with several ITSM certifications. He is based in Krakow and also manages NGA delivery Centre in Katowice.
