Laurent created the Shared Services Center of EDF in Poland. He was in particular in charge for the creation of the Finance and IT organization. . Laurent was the Sponsor of the implementation of the new ERP for all Polish acitivites of EDF including the Shared Service Center – “big bang” for 10 legal entities succesfully implemented the 1/1/2011. Previously Laurent was the Financial Manager of Elektrownia Rybnik and had before different positions in Financial control in production activities in Poland, France and Hungary. Today, Laurent is in charge of further transformation of the Group in Poland, linked with an extension of the Shared Service Center to HR and audit and administration activities.
