Maciej Gołębiewski is a real estate professional with more than 15 years of work experience in commercial real estate. He is a professional member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Maciej Gołębiewski is a director responsible for leasing and marketing of development projects at Avestus Real Estate that is present in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe since 1990. Over last three and half years Maciej was responsible to lease three buildings in Enterprise Park in Kraków totaling over 28.000 sq m. In Warsaw Maciej is responsible for leasing and marketing of Wilanów Office Park where he leased most of the 9.800 sq m in B3 building. In addition Maciej is responsible for re-leasing of International Business Center and Marynarska Point 2.

Avestus Real Estate is one of the most respected real estate development companies that build well known projects such as Warsaw Financial Center, International Business Center in Warsaw, Forum Gliwice Shopping Centre and lately Enterprise Park in Kraków.

Prior to that assignment, Maciej worked at CB Richard Ellis for 9 years and prior that in DTZ. His main scope in CB Richard Ellis was running the office agency, managing a team of agents and providing advisory services to developers. He also has set up and successfully managed Global Corporate Services team that was providing advisory services to tenants and occupiers. In this role Maciej concluded several major transactions on behalf of clients from banking, consulting, BPO and IT sectors.
