Mateusz Polkowski is responsible for office consultancy and research. His main duties are preparation of reports for external and internal clients, as well as coordination of all office related JLL publications and forecasts. Mateusz was responsible for a number of research and consultancy reports as well as feasibility studies for clients, including leading Polish and global developers and investors, as well as JLL office market research papers and forecasts. He has over 13-year experience in commercial real estate sector and strong expertise in the business services sector.
