Mirosław Kołcz is a qualified recruitment professional. Manager with several years of experience in talent management, retention and recruitment, leadership development, organisational change and P&L management.

Started his professional career as a recruitment consultant in UK at Search Consultancy Ltd, later joined Antal International and CPL Group as a team leader.

Currently as Managing Consultant at Human Capital Consulting is responsible for business development and key clients management. Servicing companies across various sectors including BPO/SSC.

Areas of expertise cover performance management, process improvement, organisational change, talent acquisition and development. Successful track record in establishing, leading and directing recruitment teams. Currently managing several teams providing recruitment services to corporate clients across CEE region.

Graduate of both Krakow University of Economics majoring in International Management and International Business School in Breda where he received bachelor degree in Strategic Management. Also completed postgraduate studies in Personnel Advisory, Career Management and Coaching at Warsaw School of Economics.
