Monika has 6 years experience in a SSC and BPO environment both in delivery and transition area including over one year in SSC F&A department. She has a wide variety of consulting and outsourcing experience, with a strong focus on Shared Services Centre activities, including transition design and planning, process documentation and mapping, recruitment and training.

Monika is certified member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA). She is also Project Management trainer.
