Monika graduated University of Economics in Kraków, ( real estate and investments) and joined Knight Frank in January 2000 and is a licensed broker. The main responsibility that time was to set up a new office to develop Research and Agency service lines locally. Today as a regional director Monika is responsible for the Kraków office as a regional part of the Knight Frank operations in Poland, from the budgeting perspective, cost controlling , business development etc. She has 14 years experience in commercial advisory and transactions in Kraków, Wrocław and Katowice. Responsible for commercialization of office buildings, she was involved in leasing major buildings in the cities mentioned above. Monika has also been involved in purchasing transaction in Kraków, in the renegotiations and consultancy process. She is a licenced broker and the RISC member.
