Paul is responsible for service delivery operations for North, Central and Eastern Europe for Accenture.

His teams use analytics to see how processes like inventory reduction, contract compliance and day sales outstanding (DSO) can be targeted to increase value, drive cost savings or improve efficiency.

Paul has worked for Accenture for more than 10 years. Before joining Accenture, he worked in various operations and financial processes within the retail sector and the chemicals industry.
