Paweł Gąsior has been working for 10 years in F&A SSC/BPO. He has a proven track record in management of operations and projects but also worked in transition and transformation areas of finance and accounting where he gathered huge experience in managing multicultural teams. Involvement into sales and solutioning for prospective clients was also part of Pawel’s previous role in one of the biggest BPO company.

In his current role Pawel is responsible for the governance of the all Finance and accounting services delivered by SSC to EMEA and North America countries. That contains ensuring adherence to SLAs, scope negotiation and standardisation, issue resolution, reporting and communication.

Pawel is chartered accountant and member of ACCA, is MSc in Corporate Finance and Accounting and is qualified green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
