Piotr has close to 20 years of experience in providing professional and business services in various roles. He joined UCMS Group in 2003 as Managing Director in Poland. He was then Group VP of Sales and Marketing from 2011 to 2013, and was appointed Group COO in December 2013. He oversees projects related to inbound marketing, inside sales, growth platforms, service design, customer centricity and lean service delivery. Piotr completed his Master degree at Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and earned MBA at IESE Business School.
