Richard Kaluzynski is the Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson in Poland. Richard, one of the first recruiters in Central and Eastern Europe, began his executive search activity in 1989 with assignments across the CEE region. His early career was in the UK at BOC where he was involved in the management buyout of an IT recruiting arm. Richard studied Computer Science in the UK, as well as e-Business and Entrepreneurship in London, Chicago and at Insead in Fontainebleau.
