I’m currently working as a Project Manager and a Deputy Team Leader in UPM’s HR Service Center in the HRIS administration area. UPM is one of the world’s leading companies in forest-based industries with its roots in paper production and, nowadays, sustainable integration of bio and forest industries. I have previous work experience from an HR consulting company involved in recruitment and personal assessments. I have graduated from Oulu Business School in Finland with a Master’s degree in Economy and Business Administration, with Management and Organization as my major subject.
