I have been working in IT sector for more than10 years by holding variety of roles in the area of Service delivery, Consultancy, IT Technical Support and Outsourcing. Currently I am working for IBM Krakow Software Lab as a Senior Technical Support Professional. Except from daily support tasks, I am taking part in team-leading activities,patent application,organizing tech talks and attending to a number of IBM internal and external events.
