Vivek has over nearly two decades of experience in the IT Industry, having held various positions in the area of Service delivery, IT Transformations, Programme Management and Strategic Business Development.

He has been with HCL since January 2001 when he joined the company’s Infrastructure Services Division (HCLT ISD) and has led several key initiatives in the company’s Infrastructure Management business.

He is currently the head of service delivery for Continental Europe, based out of Stockholm, Sweden.

Prior to this assignment he was responsible for the providing services to HCL’s US East Coast customers across verticals.

Vivek is a Post Graduate in IT and has also done an MBA – specialising in IT. In his spare time Vivek enjoys quiet family time.
