Zsófia has 7 years of working experience in SSC Finance area.

During her career she gained big migration and process expertise during 4 migrations in which she played a key role in the areas of PTP an OTC.

She joined Heineken in 2012 contributing to the company in the following fields: Playing a main role in a successful OTC migration from Hungary to Cracow, creation and implementation of the whole collection strategy based on which current Business as Usual is set up.

Her current responsibilities are focused on the following areas: Proactively manages overdue process, Maintain and update dispute process, Giving advice to management on a daily basis on work related items, Train new joiners, First point of contact for business and customer queries, Performing varied reports on manager’s request, Back up of team lead.

She likes spending her free time actively. Her hobbies are: sailing, hiking and biking.
